Three Meadows Post Acute is the most wonderful place ever! My son has been a patient there & everyone from the nurses to the cleaning crew are absolutely the best. They treat everyone so well & you can honestly tell they care about you! The therapists are very concerned with what he wants to relearn first & helps him try to meet his goals. What a an AMAZING TEAM! ❤️❤️❤️
I appreciate the care that was provided during my family members stay. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The social worker, Haley, was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a rehab stay.

This facility is a 50/50 in my opinion. I want to hope they are short staffed a lot. The time that it takes for them to respond to someone pressing the button for help is ridiculous long. My loved one fell twice and it took them at least 20 minutes to respond by coming in finally. Then leaving him alone while another goes to get equipment to help him up. Some of the staff are always hustling around while everyone else is no where to be found. They do very little to help the residents that can move around on a little on thier own. They help they still need are not being met in our situation. We are currently looking for another facility to move him too. If you come here you have to stay on the staff about everything.
